Kevin Beint – Theosophy and the Baha’i Faith in the UK
Sunday 1st November – 6pm UK Time
This presentation examines the close links between Theosophists and Baha’is in the UK, at a time when there was a great need for radical ideas to reform society for the benefit of everyone and a new understanding of spiritual life.

Kevin Beint became a Baha’i in his mid teens over sixty years ago. He is a retired middle school teacher of nearly forty years. At a Baha’i summer school In 1969, he met his future wife Mina, who’s family go back to the beginning of the Baha’i Faith in Persia, her great grandfather being martyred in 1888. Kevin has always been fascinated by the close links between Theosophy and the Baha’i Faith as they emerged in the West. A recent book enabled him to research this link more fully leading to this presentation. Its overarching theme is the reform of society for the benefit of everyone.
